Oppo A6 Pro 5G Launch: Oppo has just added to its A6 lineup with the debut of two exciting new smartphones – the Oppo A6 Pro 4G and the Oppo A6 Pro 5G. While the 4G model has made its way to Vietnam, the 5G version was unveiled earlier in China. Both phones come in four eye-catching colors: Lunar Titanium, Stellar Blue, Coral Pink, and Rosewood Red.

Oppo A6 Pro 5G Highlights

The Oppo A6 Pro 5G is available in three different storage options: 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM, and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM. Weighing in at about 185 grams and measuring 8mm thick, this device also supports external storage and USB OTG. It boasts a 6.57-inch FHD+ display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit color support, and an impressive peak brightness of 1,400 nits.

Under the hood, it packs a hefty 7,000mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging. On the camera side, you’ll find a dual rear setup featuring a 50MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP monochrome sensor, while a 16MP front camera takes care of your selfies. Plus, there are multiple shooting modes to choose from, including Panorama, Night, Slow Motion, Dual-View Video, and even an Underwater mode. The phone runs on ColorOS 15.0 and supports dual SIM, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, USB-C, and NFC (depending on the region).

The 4G version boasts a stunning 6.57-inch OLED display that offers a crisp 1080p+ resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive brightness of 1,400 nits. Under the hood, it’s powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, complemented by 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a generous 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. To ensure everything runs smoothly, Oppo has included a vapor chamber for better heat management. When it comes to battery life, this device is equipped with a robust 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging—making it twice as fast as its predecessor.

For those who love photography, it features a 50MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP depth sensor, while the front sports a 16MP camera perfect for selfies and video calls.

Price and Availability

The Oppo A6 Pro 4G is currently listed in Vietnam for VND 8,300,000 (around ₹28,000), although this might just be a placeholder price. The official pricing for the 5G variant hasn’t been announced yet, but we can expect a global launch, including in India, to happen soon.
