Note:-

1. All Candidates have to appear for a screening exam and short listed candidates :-

a. having Certificate in Community Health (CCH) / B.Sc in Community Health/B.Sc. Nursing with integrated Curriculum or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with integrated Curriculum will be posted on contractual post of CHO in SHC-H&WCs.

b. Who do not have Certificate in Community Health (CCH)/B.Se in Community Health/B.Sc. Nursing with integrated Curriculum or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with integrated Curriculum have to pass the 6 months bridge course successfully.

i. If Candidate is not successful in the Bridge Course in first attempt, he/she shall be given one more opportunity(at the willingness of the candidate) and for this second opportunity the fees and other expenditure of Bridge Course shall be borne by the candidate himself/herself.

ii. If any candidate is not qualified even after availing second opportunity, such candidates shall not be considered for the contracual post of CHO.

Bond: Only for Community Health officer:-

A. Short listed candidate having Certificate in Community Health (CCH)/B.Sc.in Community Health/B.Sc. Nursing with integrated Curriculum or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with integrated Curriculum will be posted on contractual post of CHO in SHC-WCS after submitting a Bond of Rs. 500000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) on Rs. 500/- Non Judicial Stamp paper duly notarized that he/she shall serve at SHC-HWC for a period of minimum 5 years.

B. Before joining the Bridge Course shortlisted candidate shall have to submit Bond of Rs. 75000/- (Rupes Seventy Five Thousand Only) on Rs. 500/- Non Judicial Stamp paper duly notarized that he/she shall not Resign/Withdraw/Discontinue during the training.

C. Before joining the Bridge Course, short listed Candidate shall have to submit a Bond of Rs. 500000/- (Rupes Five lacs) on Rs. 500/- Non Judical Stamp paper duly notarized that he/she shall serve at SHC-HWC after Successful completioin of Bridge Course for a period of minimum 5 years.

Master of Public Health (MPH)

OR P.G Degree in Rural Development

3.Minimum Experience of Two Years in Relevant field obtained from Health Sector Organization/Registered NGOs/ Development Agencies/Govt. Health Projects/NHM. In addition to experience prescribed in the essential qualification.

Desirable With RSCIT Course
